2022 is a New Year for New Audiences and New Impacts
This year has been like no other. Generous donations from our community have helped our team, remove over 5,000 lbs of debris from waterfront parks, engage over 8,000 people in sea turtle conservation, and protect over 600,000 hatchling sea turtles born in Indian River County, Florida, USA. But, there are so many people in our community who have not had the opportunity to be a part of the conservation work necessary to protect coastal habitats we all enjoy.

We believe that every single person has the ability to protect sea turtles and be a part of their important recovery story. As part of our inclusivity plan, in 2022 Coastal Connections, Inc must raise $60,000 to expand outreach opportunities in 2022 that include a diverse range of audiences who will all make a lasting impact for sea turtles. Our target audiences include:
1. Seniors of Indian River
2. Adults with Disabilities
3. The Scientific Community
4. Elementary School Students
5. Florida College Students
6. The Underserved Communities of Vero Beach
Your gift enables us to work with organizations like the Mental Health Association, RISE Center of Indian River County, the Environmental Learning Center, the Wildlife Conservation Association, and the Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Network to provide more inclusive opportunities that engage our community in the Sea Turtle Recovery Story.
