General registration for International Coastal Cleanup Day in Indian River County is now open!
With 24 waterfront park locations to choose from, this is Indian River County's largest annual litter cleanup.
For over 35 years, the Ocean Conservancy has led the International Coastal Cleanup. Since its start, over 17 million volunteers have collected over 348 million pounds of trash. Indian River County annually participates in the International Coastal Cleanup to ensure our waterways remain pristine and healthy for the beautiful life that inhabits them.
Become a part of this historic event by registering to volunteer at one of our several locations across Indian River County!

Event Schedule
8:30am-9:00am, Check-in At Designated Location
24 Locations All Across Indian River County. Each location will have a Coastal Connections team member and a Park Champion serving as site Captains to help.
9:00am-11:00pm, Cleanup At Designated Location
Divide into groups, clean up, organize, and collect trash data to send off to the international database! Lastly, very location will nominate award winners.
11:30am-1:30pm, Event After Party and Awards

Grab a Bogo Beer and food from Salvador Deli as you check out the raffles and cheer on award winners from the event.
We are excited to announce, for the first time ever, our post cleanup celebration located at the Walking Tree Brewery in Vero Beach! Clean-up participants are encouraged to visit the brewery for this family-friendly event. There will be music, raffle items, awards, and food trucks! Beer tokens will be handed out at the Cleanup for a BOGO beer to say thank you for all your hard work to keep the waterways clean!

We will be having a photo contest conducted during the cleanup and the winner will receive FREE Beer for a YEAR! The winner of the photo contest will be announced at the Walking Tree after-party. We will also be giving out fun prizes for 6 different award categories. The award categories and photo contest rules can be found on the main page of the ICC RSVP website.
