Looking for a unique way to support sea turtle conservation? Adopt a sea turtle nest! Adoptions for the 2023 nesting season begin November 2022 and continue through May 2023.

Sea turtles are among the Earth's oldest living creatures and unfortunately are listed as endangered under the ESA and IUCN. It is humans who have driven their population decline and it is our responsibility to help populations recover. CCinc's programs and mission of protecting coastal habitats for sea turtle survival by educating and connecting people to the environment contribute to local Florida recovery efforts. Adopt-A-Nest is a small annual fundraiser which raises awareness of local sea turtle conservation efforts, and provides funds to monitor and protect sea turtle nests, rescue sick and injured turtles, and reduce the amount of debris that enters the ocean around Vero Beach, Florida.
Adopting a nest is one of the best ways to get connected to sea turtle conservation while supporting Coastal Connections, Inc. Nest adoptions make the perfect gift for a loved one, are great for businesses looking to give back, and are a rewarding experience for anyone looking to protect the environment. We offer two Adopt-A-Nest packages to provide opportunities for anyone to be a part of a sea turtle's success story.

Official adoption certificate, reproductive results of your nest, CCinc sticker, and sea turtle educational information.

We are so excited you want to Adopt-A-Nest with Coastal Connections, Inc. All nest adoptions are considered a donation to Coastal Connections, Inc and are tax-deductible. A tax-deductible receipt for your gift will be provided with your adoption order confirmation.
Please note: An automatic donation confirmation receipt will be sent directly to your email at the time of your order. Following your adoption confirmation, you may receive only a couple of update emails prior to May 2023. A copy of your donation receipt will be emailed to the address provided. Depending on the date of your adoption order, you may only receive a couple of updates prior to May 2023.
